Service Provision

MK-TECH offers:

• Fiber Internet: High-speed fiber optic connectivity, including installation and maintenance.
• Network and Data Management: Design and management of computer networks, data storage, security, and backup.
• CCTV Camera Installation: Installation and maintenance of CCTV systems for security.
• Computer Hardware and Software Support: Diagnosis, repair, and support for computer systems and software.

Service Limitations: Services are subject to factors beyond MK-TECH's control, like third-party infrastructure or force majeure events. There’s no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.

Customer Obligations

• Access and Cooperation: Provide access and accurate information for service delivery.
• Payment: Pay fees as agreed or specified, with timely payment required to avoid service suspension.
• System Requirements: Ensure compliance with MK-TECH's specifications; cover additional costs for non-compliance.
• Compliance with Laws: Follow all laws and regulations related to the services.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: MK-TECH retains ownership of intellectual property related to the services.
• License: Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use of software or documentation.

Limitation of Liability

• Exclusion of Damages: MK-TECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum Liability: Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific services in the three months prior to the claim.

Termination

• By Either Party: Either party can terminate the agreement for material breach if not cured within 30 days.
• Effect: Upon termination, services must cease, and outstanding payments are due. Certain provisions will survive termination.

Confidentiality

• Confidential Information: Both parties must protect confidential information and not disclose it without consent.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This agreement supersedes all prior agreements.
• Governing Law: Governed by the laws of the Company’s jurisdiction.
• Dispute Resolution: Disputes resolved through negotiation or legal remedies.
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining terms.

By using MK-TECH’s services, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
